2.6 Ticket Substitution


In the area „My Tickets“ or „Support Tickets“ you can view or manage your substitutes by clicking the substitute button.

The substitute button is available as long as you have not selected a ticket yet.

This chapter is divided into three sections:

My Substitute

In the „My Substitute“ sector, you can specify which of your colleagues you may represent you in which period.
As soon as the substitution rule applies, your colleagues are authorized to process all your open tickets for you.
At this point you can create or delete as many entries as you like.

Important: The substitute rule does not contain any permissions for other functions (e.g. other tiles), it is only about your open tickets.

I Substitute

In the area “ I Substitute “ you will be shown if you have been nominated as a representative by a colleague.
Only the view is possible here – only the person to be represented can make a change. Furthermore, you cannot create own entries here.

Substitute for tickets

In this section you will see a list of all tickets in which you have been added as a dedicated representative.
From here you can jump directly to the corresponding ticket by clicking on the ticket number.
