In this section you will find an overview of your own tickets. All tickets will be displayed for which you are registered as a reporter. The tickets can be answered and acknowledged.

The displayed tickets can be filtered using the following

You can do this based on the category, status or priority of the tickets.
Sort Order
The sorting of the tickets by status, priority, ticket ID or date is done with the button:

Favorites
Use the button

to mark a ticket as a favorite. You can then easily find this ticket later using the „My tickets“ section.
If you click on the button again, the ticket can be removed from the favorites again.
