Once you have created a ticket in the Service Portal of All for One Group SE, you can open the remote service connection.

Please use the SAP logon data button in the footer of the ticket to access the SAP secure area.
You are in the SAP Launchpad now.

Now please select the relevant system connection and enter the time period for opening the system.
